Covid-19 Response

Covid-19 is presenting companies and organisations around the world with unprecedented challenges. 

Due to the nature of our work it won't be possible for the company to wholly work from home so we're putting in plans to operate on reduced workforce hours.  Our plans include a range of options to try and continue as near normal service as possible. Unfortunately, this may mean that we're not as quick in processing and dispatching orders as we usually are. 

At the moment orders are generally dispatched the day after we receive them.  We will still be aiming for this but we may have to extend the lead time depending on government advice and our workforce.

In the event that the directors of the company feel that we have to hibernate the company we will contact customers with outstanding orders with options, including a refund. 

If you wish to support us at this time you can purchase a gift card, so you can use this at a future date.  Also, we love seeing your pets so please share pictures of your pets on our social channels.

We have caught on on all orders as a result of a number of the team testing positive for Covid-19.  Normal service has resumed.  Thanks for your patience. 


So far the team here at Pet Tags have avoided Covid-19. This however changed with a number of the team now testing positive.  We continue to accept and fulfil orders but please be aware they maybe delays of up to a couple of days on orders.  Thank you for your understanding!
